Hello everyone.
In various articles, I will introduce you to stained glass artists from different backgrounds or people who work with glass. No journalistic pretensions, just the pleasure of sharing and discovery.
Today the stained glass window of the Ti dragon, the first to stick to my questionnaire.
For me, it's the best school from what I've heard, there's no age limit, and that's not easy to find. English, Spanish, Belgian, Swiss, and American people come here. You can also do one-week training courses. I started this way 3 times and ended up signing up for the professional training for the entire year at once, but it's possible to do it over several years.
I've seen some pretty impressive geometric and more organic creations and pieces. Do you work in a workshop for your training?
Yes, I make stained glass windows only as part of my training.
Collaborations?
No, no collaboration, I'm only here for professional training in order to set up my own business after completing my training.
What technical aspect of stained glass do you prefer?
The creation of a contemporary panel, but probably when it comes to painting, my preference will be for painting.
A favorite tool?
I don't have enough experience to have a favorite tool, but we do it the old-fashioned way. We're not allowed a grinder, so we use nibbling pliers. This requires us to be extremely precise to avoid wasting glass.
Where can we follow your work?
